These SMS/Text Messaging Terms relate to how LaFontaine Automotive Group and all of its affiliated entities (collectively "LaFontaine") use and protect information related to our SMS/text messaging program.

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from LaFontaine.

We do not sell, rent, share, or give your consent to receive text messages to anyone else. This means if you agree to get texts from us, we will not pass that permission to another company for that company to text you.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with LaFontaine. Messages may be sent using auto dialers and can include promotions, information about your vehicle purchase, and other messages related to our products/services.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. LaFontaine is not responsible for any messaging or data charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

You will not receive any additional text messages from us unless you opt in again.
